We are so excited to introduce our Carmain Project

We are so excited to introduce our Carmain Project today. This one is a special one and we are thankful for a client that trusts us and allows us to take the best kind of risks.

We fully remodeled this entire home at the beginning of the year and we are (believe it or not) still waiting on some major pieces to fully finish the space, but we’re very close! We will finish shooting this space next January, but for now, we just couldn’t wait & we photographed half of the house and have some special shots to share.

One of our specialties is designing and furnishing short term rentals. We handle all details from sourcing to install and oftentimes this includes stocking the kitchen, bathrooms, bar, and linens. Clients love our STR service because the majority of these investors live out of state. Along with our vast knowledge of what increases your nightly rate and ROI, we offer a preferred list of cleaners, photographers, handyman, property management services and landscapers so it is truly full-service and one of the most fun for us as designers to complete! Recently we photographed two completed STR's in Blue Ridge, GA (our home away) and are excited to share the details of these amazing luxury properties.
