Featured on HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt – September 2019
We worked closely with our client to maximize return on investment for this beautiful beachfront property in Fripp Island, South Carolina. With the beach just a boardwalk away, we pulled inspiration from Relaxed Modern Interior Design to create a contemporary nautical retreat for the owners and their short-term renters. We designed and managed the complete remodel of the interior, including the kitchen, two full bathrooms, three bedrooms, living room, and dining space. We also selected all furniture, window treatments, and decor for the property before it was featured on HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt and listed for sale.
