This remodel began in early 2021, just before the pandemic, with longtime clients ready to tackle the “big two,” the kitchen and primary bath. Designer Tyler at Z & Co. created a timeless renovation that still feels as fresh today as it did the day it was completed — hence the project’s name: The New Classic.

In the kitchen, off-white perimeter cabinets are paired with a white oak–stained island, a marble backsplash, and polished nickel fixtures, including a stunning pot filler and faucet. The primary bathroom features a reimagined layout with a cave-style shower clad in classic tile, quartzite countertops, and thoughtfully selected lighting and hardware. Vintage Turkish rugs add warmth and soul to the space.

This is the kind of renovation that stands the test of time, not driven by trends, but by enduring style and thoughtful design.
